Technical Support Contact Information

  • Online Support

    TCS offers its clients a web based ticket entry and tracking system. Response time is within 12 hours and includes full tracking of all opened, in progress and closed issues.

  • Email Support

    Please ensure to include your complete company name and contact information. Email requests are typically answered within 24 business hours. In attempt to resolve issues in a timely manner, please fill out a support request form and attach it to your email.

    Please have your product serial/license number and all relevant information pertaining to your problem ready when calling. All support services are available via telephone at:

  • Fax-Back Support

    All support services are available via fax. A technical support engineer will respond within 24 business hours. Please ensure to include your product serial/license number and all relevant information pertaining to your problem when sending in your fax. In attempt to resolve issues in a timely manner, please fill out a support request form and attach it to your fax forms.
